Delivery & Returns
As a small business we have negotiated with our courier to deliver cases of beer to most mainland UK destinations, these prices are written below & include postage and packing. This will show automatically when you view your basket.
Up to a maximum of 12 x 500ml bottles of Beer £8.99
From 12 to 24 x 500ml bottles of Beer £14.99
From 24 to 36 x 500ml bottles of Beer £18.99
Delivery of Merchandise or Beer Gift Packs
If you want to purchase a t-shirt or CD as part of a case of beer order we will deliver these for free. If you want to purchase a gift pack as part of a 12 bottles or more case order (ie. for a 12 bottles case order a 3 bottle gift pack will leave you to order 9 singular bottles to make up your case) it will just form part of the £8.99 delivery charge.
However, if you just want to purchase a t-shirt or CD separately then please contact us direct to find out postage & packaging costs.
Areas not included in these rates
UK Isles, Republic of & Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, please contact Fred direct at the shop (details below) to arrange delivery.
We will endeavour to negotiate a favourable charge on your behalf, but will need to investigate each order separately.
Delivery Times
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the time you place the order. We will contact you with contact details of the courier if you need to know the delivery day. It is your responsibility to be at the delivery address on the specified day as made by the courier or you have to make other arrangements direct with the courier themselves.
The courier will deliver any time between 8am and 5pm on the specified day and will need a signature from someone over the age of 18 years old to release the goods.
Returns
We carefully package all our cases using recyclable packaging where possible. If for any reason the product does not reach you in good condition please contact us direct on 01877 330152 on the day of delivery.
