Traditional Roast Turkey

Accompanied by all the seasonal trimmings

Medallions of Scottish Beef in a Red Wine Sauce

With oven baked rosemary new potatoes and roasted winter vegetables

     Risotto of Wild Mushroom and Asparagus     V

Finished with parmesan shavings and basil oil

Pan fried Scottish Salmon in a rich Sunblushed Tomato Sauce

With grilled polenta and braised fennel
