Traditional Roast Turkey

Accompanied by chestnut stuffing and all the seasonal trimmings

Rump of Lamb

With fondant potatoes, roasted winter vegetables and a rosemary scented gravy

Filled with sundried tomato, spinach and mozzarella cheese

presented on a bed of ratatouille and drizzled with tomato sauce & basil oil

Pan Fried Scottish Salmon in a Tomato & Basil Sauce

With garlic mash, buttered sugar snap peas & wilted spinach
