With mashed potatoes, green beans, roasted shallots and a rich red wine gravy

                 Homemade Saffron Tagliatelle with Asparagus, Wild Mushroom & Rocket V         

Finished in a mushroom veloute with parmesan shavings

Pan-fried Monkfish wrapped in Parma Ham

Served on a vegetable & herb couscous with sweet tomato & pepper sauce
