Food and Drink at The Lade Inn

At the Lade Inn we are very passionate about great food, wine and Scottish beers with excellent service to make your visit a memorable one and of course to encourage you to come back!

Our Food - Fresh and local is what we are about, our Head Chef Stephen Park uses the best locally sourced ingredients, whether that is our handmade pure beef burgers from D Campbell and Son of Callander, fresh trout from the Trossach's Trout farm or our fresh vegetables from D McCallum and Son of Buchlyvie which are delivered to our door daily.

Our Drinks - At The Lade Inn we pride ourselves in Real Ale and we even have our own recipe House ales Waylade, Ladeback and Ladeout which are brewed by Traditional Scottish Ales in Stirling.  These can be found only at The Lade Inn served on draught in our bar or by bottle in our bar and Scottish ale shop next door.

WayLade A good flavoured, creamy blonde bitter with a malty, fruity nose and lightly hopped after taste- (3.9% abv)

LadeBack A rounded, slightly sweeter, refreshing amber ale that is well balanced with a hop dominated dry finish- (4.5% abv)

LadeOut A robust and satisfying dark ale with a complex flavour of dark chocolate and liquorice that is rewarding on the palate-(5.1% abv)

As well as our House ales we have wide variety of bottled ales, Scottish Thistly Cross Cider, Single Malt Whisky's (42 to be exact), Fine Wines from around the globe and much much more.  Please see our Wine List section for more on Wines.
